Health, Safety & Quality Management Policy

In striving for safe operations, the company has established Safety Management System, in compliance with the International Safety Management Code for safe operation of ships and ollution prevention

With and objective to continually improve the system, the Company shall regularly assess the effectiveness of the system by way of audits, management reviews, etc. The policy and objectives will be reviewed on a regular basis. As such:

  • All company personnel, ashore and on board are required to adhere to the procedures detailed in the Safety Management Manual (SMS Manual).
     

  • Provide financial, material and human resources for safe & secure practices in ship operations
     

  • Comply with legal and other requirements
     

  • Establish safeguards against all identified risks, ill-health, and potential emergencies.
     

  • Provide training to personnel for improvements of competency, skills and education.
     

  • Continually assess and improve the effectiveness and suitability of mangement systems.
     

  • Provide quality certified and medically fit seafarers in line with MLC 2006 and employment terms as per vessel's collective bargaining agreement.

Targets

  • Zero Loss of Lilfe

  • Zero human injury

  • Zero illness among shore staff and vessels crew members
